"Paid over $700 a night for this stay, the rooms did not even have water bottles in them, we had to ask the front staff for water bottles. We booked a room with city view, the room faced the opposite side of Clifton Hill, we saw a dumpster and 2 trees from our room... very disappointing. Washrooms had no real amenities (no shower caps, no small sewing kits, things you would expect in a hotel charging that rate). Toilet paper was 1 ply as well. Would not stay again."
