"Beautiful Inn. More like a B&B. Excellent breakfast. Wish there were robes to use on the catwalk to the bathroom for the upstairs room. Hooks for clothes would have been a welxome addition. Overall... 5.0!!"

"We stayed at this wonderful property 2 nights and wish we would have had more time to spend there. The property is on a beautiful setting. You have wonderful views of the mountains and wide open skies. It's located very conveniently to of course Fort Davis with a short drive you can be in Alpine or Marfa. It's also close to the McDonald observatory and not super far from Balmorhea State Park. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"Everything was clean and very modern. The entry door takes a card, which makes me feel very safe. Very affordable and a place I will be staying again."

"Well you talk in Roaches everywhere. Then stains on bed roaches in refrigerator microwave then toilet with doo doo stains not streaks a full ring around it. Then smell no one should be allowed in there. Then bought it up to management there is a sign that read no refund if you don’t ask within 15 min of check in WHy this answer your question. My daughter stood in another room that’s why her name is twice under review ( correction my daughter check in and left) went to management yogi knew the problem response employee is not very good and he just spray for roaches that’s why they are all around the hotel!! Health department where are you!!!! Well I do hope for them to shut down clean repaint get it back on track Neil Armstrong wouldn’t of stood here but he did back in the days!"

"Wow! Unique, full of character, and great location! Plenty of games and board games to keep the kids occupied, especially since most of the town and surrounding towns close early. Our room was wonderful, clean, smelled great, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! The squeaky floors added to the delight of this place! Would absolutely stay here again! Traveled with children and they loved it! "

"We loved our stay! There was 2 disappointments the restaurant Jetts was closed. So wanted to eat there again! Second was the elevator was not working. Being older that was an inconvenience for me. Loved staying here!"

"Absolutely lovely and would definitely stay here again! The inn smelled lovely and fresh upon entering and is wonderfully furnished. Our room (Room 1) was really clean, smelled fresh, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! We had the place to ourselves and only used the shared fridge to keep our drinks cool (each room has a basket in the fridge to keep your things separate). The “backyard” views and night sky were unbelievable! The inn is on a small gravel road right off of State Street, so you could walk for food/drinks/shopping if you wanted! "
