"Really nice place, clean and quiet. Natalina and her daughter were super helpful in terms of getting around the island. Did a lot of walking, the natural hot springs were maybe a 15 minute walk and the next town a little further but the island is gorgeous! "

"There are nearly 30 steps to enter the building. I booked last minute not knowing it would be difficult to enter the building to receive the key. I was lucky the housekeeper was there to help me. Phone number listed on Expedia had no service (taxi driver was trying to call for me). No regular reception hours. Room was clean, but very basic. "This hotel is incredible- lovely, huge room, caring staff, excellent location! Patrizia is the best hostess, always there to help make your stay comfortable. I loved walking the streets of Forio and all the restaurants close by, then coming home to the Palazzo and looking out the window to the beautiful view!!"
