"This hotel is in a great location! less than a block from a Metro station, a short walk to Eiffel Tower, lots of eating and shopping options very close. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were only a couple of small things - they did not tell us how to operate the lights (a key card had to be inserted into a box on the wall to turn them on). "The receptionists were very rude and they gave us a room that looked completely different from what we had booked. We told them that wasn’t what we had paid for and they belittled us and said there was nothing they could do. On the third day I spoke to the manager because I walked past a room that was being cleaned that looked like the photo we had booked and he finally gave us the room"

"Hotel louvre Montana has an amazing location to so many highlights of Paris! The hotel itself was nice; though I felt it was a bit overpriced (and I used points). The breakfast was just OK and there were things I saw sitting out all day past breakfast hours so question the freshness of some of the items. Room was nice-stayed in a double. Bathroom and tub great size. Toiletries/amenities subpar for a nice hotel. View wasn’t great which I was disappointed about. Free limited mini bar amenities....

"This hotel is a far cry from the luxury and views it suggests. First, the "view" of the Eifel Tower was a sliver through a city scape that could only be seen from an outdoor balcony. The hotel was nice, but not as luxurious. There were stains on the hallway carpets, and our room was left unattended when we posted a service request sign on the door. "The staff here is really world class but the hotel is a little bit older with some things breaking. The location is superb with a short walk to the cafes and the Eiffel Tower. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the middle of Paris in a good area."
