"I checked in late at night (11pm) after a long travel day. The walk from the airport was sign posted at the exit of the airport but it led through the carpark and seemed a fairly long walk. A nice addition would be to have one of those small airport buggies available to transport guests at least most of the way. The girl at reception was friendly and welcoming. However when I had some problems with my debit/credit cards at check in (due to my own confusion and tiredness), another member of staff (male) on duty was quite curt, and impatient, and didnot solve my problem. However when the Manager or Supervisor was brought in, he was very welcoming, friendly and able to solve the problem, and even gave me a room upgrade. However this was on the executive level which was another long walk from the reception area. The room was huge and the bathroom had a separate shower as well as a bath. It was very clean but the whole hotel felt very sterile. However as an airport hotel, probably used only for overnight stays, it served its purpose. "

"Breakfast was very good, it should be for £18 ! But iguess is the going rate. We had a sea view balcony room, i felt there should be a fridge and a few more useful bits in the bathroom. No water or Internet unless you join the meropol club. Staff were very helpful and friendly, can't fault them. "
