"Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast buffet. The buffet was one of the best Canadian hotel buffets I have had. I definitely recommend paying the extra fee for the buffet, although you may have to email confirmation of paying for the breakfast at check in when booking through a third party (a little bit of an inconvenience). I didn't even notice / hear the hockey team staying at the hotel. The restaurant/bar is separated from the rooms and helps with any noise."

"The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. The room was spacious and welcoming, the couch and desk were really useful, and the full length mirror was much appreciated. The fridge was a godsend, and definitely a huge plus. The price was comparable to much lesser hotels in the US. My only complaint is that housekeeping must be requested, and is not automatic. I didn’t realize that and had to get my own towels, but that was easy enough. "
