"It's a quiet hotel, part of a larger residential building, and formerly a Shangri-La. Room was spacious and super clean and perhaps just a tiny bit dated. Location is great, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water."

"Hotel was lovely. They were able to facilitate an earlier check in which was helpful. There was no bar in the hotel and they only served breakfast however they could not meet a gluten free diet. Luckily there are cafes and restaurants and bars nearby."

"The hotel is in a great location —about 10 to 12 minute walk to Canada Place, and around 25 minute walk to Chinatown. Breakfast is cooked to order —the options are limited but the food is delicious! We got the queen room —space is limited, but it’s fine for a couple of nights. I’d be back to stay here if we visit Vancouver again in the future. Though perhaps I’d choose a bigger room if I’m going to stay longer."
