"Parking was great. The cleanliness and up keep can be greatly improved. Sidewalks and parking lots are full of debris, items that can be easily swept up. Outside trash containers were never emptied during our 5-day stay. By the time we left, they were past overflowing. Housekeeping staff reported there were spots on the bedding from our dog and charged us an extra $30. I'm still trying to figure out what they were referring to. "This was a great value! The pool area was fabulous with very comfortable loungers. It had a bit of a resort feel with the palm trees and plants in the courtyard surrounding it. Breakfast albeit the same every day there was a nice variety. The happy hour Monday - Thursday was really nice touch as well! "The hotel is right off the freeway. It looks like it’s rather new. Very very nice looking rooms. Seems like plenty of space and the staff is very nice. One thing I would suggest if you use bar soap for you need to bring your own cause they don’t only have the pump soap and lotion in the bathroom. I’ll give it a thumbs up and if I ever go to Yuma again I will be staying there."

Small and likely "family run" hotel which we love, but sadly, SO MANY reasons to not stay here.
Cons: Dirty. Dirty everywhere except the sheets, mini-fridge, and microwave.
Filthy floor. Swept, but not mopped. Black socks after walking around the room for 5 minutes.
2 guests in room and we were left with 3 towels. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no bath mat, no anti-slip mat for shower.
