Hotel di Fontanella

"personale molto disponibile e cordiale. per il parcheggio ci sono principalmente due opzioni, o quello gratuito dietro alla struttura (se si ha fortuna di trovare il parcheggio) o pagando 12 euro (suppongo al giorno anche se non ho chiesto essendo che ho pernottato solo una notte) c’è il parcheggio del hotel molto comodo e anche con posti all’ombra. la camera era molto grande e pulita (matrimoniale superior vista lago) le uniche sue problematiche che ho riscontrato sono stati l’asciuga capelli...

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schönes grosses sauberes Zimmer in einem ausgesprochenem ruhigen Ambiente mit tollem Blick auf den See, sehr leckeres reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr schade, dass das hoteleigene Restaurant noch geschlossen hatte, was leider auf der Webseite nicht angegezeigt wurde.Die Anfahrt zum Hotel führt durch eine sehr enge Gasse, etwas herausfordernd für grössere PKWs, sollte unbedingt berücksichtigt werden."

"Although it was only a short stay, we enjoyed Locanda Alberti. The location very close to the lakeside and walkable from the train station is perfect. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable."

"When we first checked in they told is there was no parking available (they have only a couple of spots on the property). We started walking to our room, we went through a lovely hallway and then ended in a sad part of the hotel where the drop ceiling got really sad. Despite the hotel not being packed they put us in a gross room at the back of the hotel above the kitchen that smelled like food and had no AC. We went back and asked for AC. He low key shamed us saying that no one has ever asked for...

"Sjarmerende lite hotell i en sentral sidegate i gamlebyen. Fantastisk beliggenhet, rolig og eksepsjonelt personale! Har aldri følt meg så godt ivaretatt på et hotell før, med ypperlig service, god mat, smilende og utrolig hjelpsomt personale. Pizzarestauranten i «kjelleren» må også prøves! "Booked this as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service. The reality is the shuttle service is unreliable and in frequent. In the end, I had to catch a taxi to the hotel from the airport which is actually very difficult because it’s such a short journey. The next day, I actually walked from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle service basically operates limited hours and only on the hour. The room was nice but the lighting system is not very user-friendly. I had two TVs in the...
