"We had a wonderful stay! The mountain views from the property and the parking area are amazing. The staff’s communication was impeccable; they messaged us on WhatsApp before we even arrived to help with check-in. Because the restaurant was closed for Easter, they thoughtfully prepared a large breakfast box for us to enjoy before our early departure. They also recommended great local spots like Ristorante Passone. Highly recommended for both the views and the top-tier service!"

"Hotel war für einen Zwischenstopp nach Mailand gebucht worden. Zimmer leider veraltet, Heizung funktionierte nicht, bzw. nicht bedienbar, daher kaltes Zimmer. Wände sehr hellhörig, Nachbarn haben bis Nachts gefeiert. Frühstück schlecht, bereits zu Beginn leer, spärliche Nachfüllung. "

"Just right for a very late night arrival from the airport. Decided to walk from the airport as there was a long queue for taxis. Easy well lit walk at 2.30am, we were sent instructions on how to enter via a key safe - the video sent by the hotel made it super easy. Room was clean, comfy, nice bathroom and had kettle with tea and coffee. Hosts were lovely as was the breakfast, personally we couldn’t fault it. "
