"The front desk staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very secure. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the shopping district. The only hang up was the included breakfast. The breakfast included with our stay had many pastries and packages of gluten free and vegan pastry options. When my wife tried to take a few of them for the road (about 10 euros worth), she was scolded by a young girl in the breakfast area that they were not for take away....

"The communication with the owners was terrible. The online check in was problematic, getting the codes and into the building was difficult and the WiFi did not work. The room itself was very nice and Pescara is hreat"

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und angenehm. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass komplette Pflegeartikel inklusive Zahnbürste vorhanden waren. Zusätzlich gab es eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Mikrowelle, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht hat. Der Strand ist in nur etwa 7 Minuten erreichbar und auch das Zentrum liegt ganz in der Nähe. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen."

"This hote is waking distance from the train and bus station. Restaurants, grocery stores, sea and shopping are very close. Surprisingly, the hotel is still very quiet. "

"In Italy for 5 weeks and visited a total of 8 cities and this is one of the top two quality stays we had. Like everything about the room but could have used a couple towel "hooks" in the bathroom which I admit is a minor detail but the drying rack is mounted very high on the wall making it impossible for my 4'-11" wife to reach. Also the instructions to enter the building are rather poor and found upon arrival that we had to call management and have them tell things that were not explained in...

"Room and property is clean. Bed is horrible. Room AC doesn't work and room is way too hot. When you open window, emergency stairs RIGHT NEXT TO IT which makes intruder easily come in. Noise outside is very loud. Wall is too thin you can hear water flushing from next room or water piling up in the toilet very easily. Window doesn't have any screen. Staff got better towards our end of stay but hotel should've notified us of city wide water shut down ahead of time especially announcement was done...

"Purtroppo la camera era davvero piena di polvere, polvere che sembrava posata da 10 anni. La struttura è datata, anche le porte e i mobili lo sono. Ho trovato sporcizia sui muri e nel frigo bar, per non dire armadio e altro. Il servizio è scarso, non ci sono fazzolettini usa e getta, avevano terminato le ciabattine, non ci sono detergenti per lavarsi e le tende non coprono totalmente dalla luce esterna. Mi dispiace perchè il personale è gentile però trovo che nonostante io abbia letto commenti...

"De kamer was netjes, lag wel een stukje van het stadje. Wat heel spijtig is savonds was er redelijk veel lawaai te horen. Ook hadden we met ontbijt maar konden deze niet nuttigen. Heel spijtig dat het pas om 8uur open ging de accomodatie om te gaan eten. Deze was niet in hetzelfde gebouw. Mss een kleine refund hiervoor? Voor de rest was alles netjes."

"Location is very close to the beach. Room is a bit outdated but was clean. No free water but it was fine - there’s a grocery close by. My room faced the Main Street so it can be quite loud at night. Perhaps I should have asked for a quieter room."

"Room lovely, updated. Able to contact staff by phone. Those who we met in person were helpful. Patio was not accessible- could not open door. Looked lovely except for row of missing stones. Overall the room was large, bed a kingside & comfy. The drop off of fresh croissants in the am a treat."
