"Really good hotel by the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, and a decent few facilities including sauna.
Breakfast selection was great too though would run out of certain items if you didn’t get there early enough. Could also do with some less sugary options such a regular yogurt.
Rooms were nice though lacked storage space for a stay of more than a day or two.
It would also help if they have contacts of more than one tour operator. The one suggested wasn’t very responsive or well...

"Great location, clean, nice bathroom, comfy bed, english speaking staff. Honor based minibar in the room and the same for the bar next to the pool.
Only drawback would be few outlets to charge devices in the rooms.
I'd rate this pousada above their 4 star competitors in Buzios."

"Minha experiência neste hotel em Búzios foi bastante decepcionante.
O local apresenta sérios problemas de manutenção e higiene.
O quarto em que me hospedei estava com mofo evidente em diversas áreas, inclusive nos travesseiros e paredes, o que torna a estadia desconfortável e inadequada.
O cheiro de umidade é constante, e infelizmente, compromete toda a experiência.
O café da manhã também deixa a desejar, com opções muito limitadas e pouca atenção à qualidade.
