"Super stay in the mountains. We arrived early and we’re able to check-in to an upgraded room because the hotel wasn’t busy. It’s not actually ski in/ski out but it’s not far to walk. The balcony is a sun trap and looks out on to the pistes. The restaurant had a good range of Bosnian and European food at very reasonable prices- handy as there are limited restaurants in resort. "The night-shift receptionist was extremely rude and strange. I came to the hotel to check in and said hi, but he didn't even look at me. After 1-2 minutes, he turned to me and asked what I wanted in a very rude way. What do you think I want? I have my luggage with me and am waiting for you to check me in. The room wasn't very clean, but it was okay. Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. The room was very old, but the cleaning staff was nice though. "

"Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room and bathroom large and comfortebole. Breakfast good and varius. The location of hotel is far from the hold part of the city but the bus stop is very close as the bus stop to arrive near the airport. "
