"Terrible chemical smell in room. Food under the fitted sheet. The smell gave me a migraine. It was bad. Convenient location and walking distance to everything. "

"We had an amazing stay, just one night, which was way to short. This is the best place by far to relax, but also being close to everything in Newport. A very cozy room to stay, perfect happy hour and breakfast next morning, super sweet hosts (Brandon and Frost). We can’t wait to be back and next time hopefully for a bit longer. "
