Hotel Floyd
Very nice hotel with friendly staff. It’s just a short walk to the restaurants and shops, including the Floyd Country Store. The rooms were large with nice amenities and comfortable beds. Hot breakfast was good too. I’d definitely stay there again!

Tuggle's Gap Roadside Inn - Blue Ridge Parkway
The room was so clean and well maintained… we loved it. They were renovating the diner so it was closed.

The Ocean Key Virginia Beach Resort
I didn’t have a beach view once checked in even though I was informed I would have one. The A/C was down the first night BUT thanks to MAINTENANCE before and after bringing me a fan! overall 7/10.

Marriott's Manor Club at Ford's Colony
Our stay was okay but there was construction and the pool and hot tub near our room was closed for the season. Wasn’t what we expected. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff were friendly, but did not explain how to get to our location.

Ocean Sands Resort, Oceanfront, Virginia Beach by Vacatia
The room was very big and the view of the ocean was great. The problems were: The cold and hot water in the bathroom sink was very pressure. The hot water was very slow to get hot in the bathroom and kitchen. The door to the balcony did not lock. The security hook worked but the door would not close ...
