"This property was walking distance to downtown Duvall street and to a couple great restaurants.. Blue Heaven and Moon Dog! The rooms are small but the property does its best with making the most of their space with hooks, shelves, drawers etc! small continental breakfast options were great and delivered to the room in baskets if you wanted or downstairs in their fun dining area! "

"Amazing place! Feels really safe to stay inside a gated community a few blocks from Duval street with all the noise. Beautiful room, nice pool, excellent breakfast, excellent idea to be able to use the pool at Opal Key Resort. Really recommend this if you want a perfect and calm vacation in a Key West! Jen at the desk is just lovely. Nothing to complain about. "

"I loved this place. The location to the Duval and sunset areas is amazing. The property is well maintained and authentic to Key West. A pool in the garden is a bonus as well as nice greenery and iguanas walking around to watch. Carolina was extremely helpful accommodating late arrivals and early departures. Her communication was excellent. I would stay here again. Thanks Carolina and Artist house. "

"Wonderful property for those who appreciate a well maintained and decorated historic home. Parking is great, Free and they have an overflow lot next door so always had a spot during our stay. Very friendly staff. Street is busy and you can hear cars passing so if you want a completely quiet location this might be a concern to some but we didn’t mind a bit! Highly recommend! "
