"Walking to the beach was a short the walk and we were able to bring our own chairs, umbrella, and cooler with food/drinks. No Pets allowed but we saw a few small dogs at the beach so maybe we can bring our chihuahua next time. "

"The stay was amazing! We enjoyed it very much. Supermarket, Dollar Tree, Gas station, etc was closed by. The Hard Rock Casino is 10 minutes away. The office staff is very friendly, professional and responsive. Overall we had a great experience."

"Our family of four stayed at The Fold for 3 days/2 nights. Our stay was lovely, the ladies in the office were attentive and helpful in making sure we had what we needed. The apartment was clean and fully stocked, and check-in/check-out were both easy peasy. "The Inn was clearly redone since 2024 hurricane season and they’ve done a wonderful job. It’s classic and tasteful, with excellent attention to detail. Location is great, on the beach within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Check-in and -out was simple and the staff (phone and in-person) was excellent. Highly recommend this charming little Inn. "

"The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! "

"In general it was a good apartment almost deserving 4 stars. However, there are a couple of quite important negative moments. First, they lied in the description about washer machine, they do not have any. Second, unlike other providers they do not allow to move in even 30 minutes earlier and made us wait for this time under Florida sun despite the room was ready. Third, they locked their dumpsters and people just throw their garbage over the locked gates, so rats will be there in no time unless...
