Cari Kastil di Florida City

"The hotel adds, without asking, a “charitable donation.” I had to request for the amount to be returned. When asked who they were donating to, the response was Florida City. I called Florida City Hall and they have no knowledge of this “donation”. Check the bills everyone."

"One thing that stood out was , key has to be reactivated if staying more than one day .... inconvenience at worse time handful of Walmart bags an have to go ...."

"This hotel is old and run down. It will absolutely do if you just need a place to sleep, but that's it."

"Very pretty hotel ,only complaint is the A/C 's are all really loud when there on ,and there is a loud whistling noise from the toliets when you flush and when you dont that was annoying. But overall not bad I wish the checking lady had been more welcoming she was very cold ,not welcoming. But maybe she was having a bad day everyone does ."

"Upon arrival we were told that our funds were refunded to Expedia and then we were charged again a couple of days later."
