Great stay!

Very nice stay. The staff is so great and very service-minded. The hotel is spectacular with a very good vibe. Breakfast is very good and the bed is very comfy. As the hotel is open all year around, they should have a heated pool and also more heat in the room/bathroom as it is rated a five star hotel and the temperature can be quite cold in Florianopolis. Overall, one of the best hotels we have visited in Brasil!

I travel the world a lot. This was one of the best hotel experiences. It was not only a beautiful property in the middle of a vibrant area of Floridanopolis but what made it even more special was the welcoming and accommodating staff. In particular Luisa, who helped us with pretty much everything, including suggesting/beaches locations to visit as well as Patricia and Pedro who helped with our stay. 5 star well deserved. We will definitely want to come back.

Simply wonderful!!

Wonderful hotel! The staff were top notch! Welcome champagne! Friendly & accommodating to all requests. The breakfast was amazing! Order all you want as it’s included. Rooms were very comfortable and all the linens and towels were fresh, clean, & cushy. Bed was very comfy. Smart tv for casting Netflix. Massage with Angelique was hands down the best massage I have ever had. Request her!! The restaurant was quiet. So if your looking for more atmosphere you may want to go elsewhere. Food was mediocre but not terrible. The Negroni made by Maggie was yummy! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Funcionários maravilhosos e cordiais. Estacionamento gratuito e amplo. Hotel muito bem localizado. Café da manhã bom. O banheiro merece reforma, além do chuveiro ser fraco. A tv do quarto é muito pequena, nao consegui ver um filme legendado de tão pequena. O hotel no geral é muito bom mas por ser 5 estrelas e pelo preço que cobram precisa de um refinamento em todos os aspectos.
