"The views were gorgeous. The overall setting was amazing and the restaurant next door was very helpful. Communication for anything you need at the room could be finicky.

"Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits et nous sommes parti après la première.

-pas de wifi fonctionnelle
- pas d’acceuil en anglais ,ardue et uniquement espagnol
- Cours extérieur délabré
- pas d’eau chaude
- Pas de savon
- Pas de savon à vaisselle n’y pour la douche
- Pas de café ou thé comme promis

"We had such a lovely stay at Nuaku! The hotel is tucked away in the middle of a beautiful, lush jungle, surrounded by wildlife, greenery, and all the wonderful sounds of nature. The property felt very peaceful, clean, and safe, and throughout our stay we genuinely felt at home.
