"Nice hotel. Clean. My only negative was the breakfast had no meat products and I heard everyone else in the dining room complaining about that also. For us we would not book again as we like a full breakfast when traveling."

"We went onto the balcony to enjoy the view, and we were locked out for about 20 minutes. The lock fell off the door, and my child was left inside. My daughter is 16 but it could have easily been a minor or toddler left in the room or worse locked outside on the balcony. We were unable to use the balcony after. "

"Will never stay again...after being told my room was not available upon check in, even though paid through expedia.com weeks before. Then them finding a room for me. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. What type of business are you running? Shower door didn't close properly so water leaked out on to tile floor."
