The location and staff were excellent. Property is older and a bit tired looking but the excellent customer service made up for what it lacked in amenities.

Plus Florence - Hostel
Our private room was clean and well stocked with essentials, beds were clean and comfy and changed everyday. The hotel was in a great location and had security on the door which helped us feel safe, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great value for money!

IQ Hotel Firenze
IQ Hotel Firenze is my favorite hotel in Italy! The staff goes beyond my expectations in every way. The breakfast buffet is amazing in quantity and quality. The location is perfect, central to both the Duomo and the mercato centrale.
