The James Suite hotel is an absolute gem. The newly renovated rooms are perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable. The hotel amenities were top notch. The complementary morning breakfast was wonderful, and the cocktail bar served exceptional cocktails. The staff is friendly, warm and attentive and the overall service was impeccable. Outstanding hotel and a remarkable experience staying there. The room was large and beautifully decorated as the rest of the hotel. Service was impeccable and friendly. Food was great. Lovely and intimate atmosphere. Attention to details and distinctive effort to attend to our needs. The hotel manager and Lavinia at the front desk stood out, but everybody else was extremely helpful. I hope to return!

This hotel was something. It’s truly a hidden gem in the heart of Florence. It’s boutique (small). Recently fully redesigned - just stunning in every way. The staff was incredible, everyone was extremely nice. We had a baby with us and they were so accommodating, above and beyond. We’ll be back!

An absolutely enchanting gem in the heart of Florence. It is away from the crowd but a sanctuary for the mind. The former monastery from 16th century has been meticulously renovated into spectacular suites and a glass covered courtyard dining area. the art work inspires. Quality is outstanding as is the staff.
