I was dismayed to see teenagers wearing pajamas in the breakfast area and well-fed families hoarding food, but this is the new normal, I guess. "

"The first room we got put into had a ringing coming from the air conditioner unit so they switched us rooms The next room they put us in, smelled like somebody used the room as a “number 1” bathroom and had a cigarette while doing it. "

"Spring Hill Suites and Fairfield are connected. Fairfield was under construction. No mention of that when booking. We booked under Fairfield but stayed in Spring Hill Suites. Staff were great. Great breakfast. Clean. Well lit parking. "
