"Breakfast was excellent - fantastic and extensive options. The pool and spa area was lovely. Fruit, snacks, tea and coffee was always available. The shuttle was extremely handy for getting around town. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were for the most part helpful and friendly. "

"The rooms were great and spacious with nice closet and hanging areas plus nespresso machines and all the mini bar goodies. The bathrooms were typical european and the only reason for one star removed. small and awful bathtub showers that average to tall heights must stoop to use. My favorite part was the outdoor hot tub and multiple saunas/ red light therapy options indoor in the resting area and outdoor as well. They have a cute bar in spa area that serves to these indoor and outdoor areas as well. The dj lounge and bar was fun. The food was good but the service fo the food at breakfast if ordered was slow so just so the buffet which was plentiful and extremely nice and fresh. We had dinner there one night and slow service but good food. Also a reason for one star gone was the mad clubs were closed and we were not told that at booing so we’re excited for the nightlife element that was non existent. bummer. The location was fantastic with amazing easy access direct from madlein ski room just up and out to escalators and the right onto the main gondola to ski- fantastic!!"

"Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment down to the ski room — something we’ve never experienced before. It immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. On our first evening, the service was again outstanding. Your staff were incredibly attentive, and they introduced you to us as the owner. When you kindly came over to our table, I confess I didn’t fully realise who you were in that moment, and I’m a little disappointed in myself — had I known, I would have loved to speak with you properly. From a customer-service perspective, what you’ve created here is extremely impressive, and I would have enjoyed telling you that in person. I run a software business in London, and I would be extremely happy if my customers’ experience was anything close to what we have experienced here. Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. From the family-friendly atmosphere to the comfortable, clean room, every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The hotel was really beautiful, new and designed in a modern and cool way. the room was spacious, comfortable and the kitchenette was accessorized with everything we needed for cooking. "Vaya Pfunds is situated in a beautiful small Austrian Village perfect for walking and cycling etc and as a hub for wider valley activities. The rooms are spacious, the food choices very good and the transport links are also very good with the bus stop right outside. The Tourism office is also just over the road. The hotel does have WiFi but speeds aren't great. This was my second visit and I'd chose this hotel again. "
