This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This...

"The property is on the perfect location, right on the heart of the city centre and the train station. But there were loud noises, music and people shouting from 11pm to 4am both days we were staying there. The windows are not sealed very well that it made it impossible to sleep. "

"Apartment was nice and tidy. There was missing some dishes, like glasses. There was no elevator and our apartment was in third floor. One of our guests was in wheelchair, but fortunately was abble to use walking sticks in stairs, but it was a bit hard. Overall I give 4/5 stars."

"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. "

"We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. "Flat was very clean and well-maintained and hosts were very friendly, communicative, and very eager to help if I needed any. Flat was also very centrally located to grocery and dining options as well as feeling very safe and being nice and quiet in the evening. Look forward to staying here again in the future!"
