"This hotel is a little gem: clean, well maintained, and with good amenities overall. However, the breakfast arrangement needs urgent improvement. Breakfast is provided through vouchers at a nearby bakery, where I found the staff rude and unhelpful. On my only visit, I showed my voucher, was told to wait, and was then ignored for at least 20 minutes. "Loved the property itself so much! However, the location isn’t ideal if you aren’t renting a car. Getting taxis to and from minori/maiori/Amalfi was the biggest headache ever. Also, the phone number listed through Expedia isn’t updated. We weren’t able to get into our room when we first arrived because we had no way of contacting the property to get inside.
