Our room was super clean and modern as are the public spaces for dining or lounging. We typically stay at the Westin and my entire family agreed that Element was more beautiful and had better amenities. Note: I have an EV. The valet took my car and plugged it in for complementary overnight charging. I was having an issue with the car charging, and a couple of valets came down...

"We didn’t realize we had booked a Penthouse room. It was HUGE! And beautiful. Only strange thing was there was only one bathroom even though it’s a 2 bedroom “apartment “. We had a great time!"

"The staff went above and beyond when I needed assistance, incredible people. The street it’s on isn’t one of the main streets so it was pretty quiet. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, even plenty of shelf space in the large shower! Will stay here again. "
