"So happy with our stay at Casa León Royal. Super great service, quiet and calm - exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was really good (only thing missing was a really great coffee). We had fab weather in February (25 degrees and not a cloud in the sky) with no wind whilst it was quite strong winds down by the ocean. If you're looking for a few calm days away on Gran Canaria, this is your place. "

"Gorgeous rustic style small hotel with lovely friendly staff. Great breakfast Up in the hills so need a car but quiet and peaceful. Nice outdoor pool. Only 20 mins drive from old part of Las Palmas"

"Very nice small cosy "casa rural", held by a very passionate Sebastian, his mother and two lovely dogs. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Sebastian prepares a nice breakfast with local and homemade products. He also knows all about the worthwhile things to see and do, including the best places to eat, as like the great restaurant Martell some kms away."

The ambiance of being surrounded by nature was a refreshing change. However, I found the bed to be slightly uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep. "The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there. "
