"The property is located in a very convenient part of Fira, close to the Port, shopping streets, fantastic restaurants, and also within a short walking distance from the main bus station. The hotel and restaurant have amazing views of the caldera; the best feature was watching the sunset from the hotel pool. The rooms are very comfortable and air-conditioned. Our room even had a private hot tub. The staff members made the stay absolutely special; nothing was too much trouble. They were caring and attentive to any wishes we might have. They made us feel very welcome. Thank you for having us; we will be back!"
