"We had an amazing time over Christmas 2023. The villa is modern with all expected facilities and more(impressive pantry contents provided), the sauna and Hot tub were used frequently with views outside that you would only imagine on a Christmas postcard. Kimmo(owner) was excellent throughout our stay and was always available to answer questions. Nearest supermarket is 10-15 minutes away and includes a store where you can buy alcoholic drinks. "The hotel is almost perfect. Literally my only complaint is that the omelette plate (from the omelette made-to-order bar) is too noisy with its textured surface. Staff are brilliant, room and bathroom clean and comfortable, WiFi perfect, Super Breakfast really is super plus Pokkinen parkrun on the doorstep and lots of walks including to the beach."

"Loved the Resort Arctic Igloos. We stayed for 2 nights and can't see Aurora due to the weather too cloudy. The resort doesnt provide slippers ! The only setback Is the location. No buses, free shuttle service to near by mini market. Transportation need to pay ! Next time should rent a car for more convenient . "

"24h service, warm accomodation with good parking, views and everything you need nearby. Highly recommended. Rent your own car to be more flexible in your adventure. Driving in winter also was not a problem at all. All roads are well maintained with good access to all the highlights around kuusamo and Ruka. Will book again."
