"Amazing property and experience- and would highly recommend! We came during the off season but the staff were so energetic and accommodating! The reindeer weren’t out yet so they had the hearder put them in the penned section so we could take pictures. Dinner at the resort was fantastic each night! We didn’t get to see the northern lights but the overall experience was 11/10! "

"Great location, but overall the hotel was very quiet in the middle of the most hectic holiday season. We only saw one personnel as a staff and she handled everything from reception to breakfast. There was only one other couple during our stay and this created quite odd feeling. Someone might like this and for others it might be awkward experience. "We (a couple) stayed in an Arctic Suite at the Aurora Collection hotel. It was fantastic! Nicky was an excellent host. Our room had both a private sauna and a private hot tub. We did not use the hot tub, but found the sauna delightful, clean, and plenty hot! The room was functional, clean, and had a small fridge and a kettle for heating water. The bed was comfortable and, as we visited in February, it was very warm and cozy. A continental breakfast was provided, which was fresh and filling....
