The hospitality is unmatched, from being picked up by the owner, Nicholas, at the port to our toiletries being perfectly organized on a tray when we came back to our room after a long day out. The things I didnt love were that check-in was done remotely and I didnt know that until we arrived nor were instructions sent to me so we had to call their management company.
