"The pool was not heated instead it was extremely cold on a colder day which was not pleasant. Initially we booked because we knew the weather would be kinda cooler and windy so when we seen it was heated we were sold, but since it wasn’t we didn’t stay by the pool long and instead went back to our room with upset kids. "

"Our room was very clean, comfortable and we felt completely safe. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We look forward to returning in the future when our travels take us in that direction. Will recommend to family and friends."

"Average hotel, looks like it was remodeled around 10-15 years ago. It's decently clean, can't say I agree with the 8-9 exceptional score listed on Hotels.com reviews. Bathroom tiles were loose in the floor and the shower looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in months. Pool was inoperative, only one working elevator that led to musty smelling lobbies. Would not recommend to anyone unless desperately needing a room to stay. "

"It was just okay. The shower in the room was not very clean and the elevator was dirty as well. The staff’s customer service was really good though. "

"Rented thia for my son, so I didn't stay there myseld. He said the room was okay, clean, a bit small, but not terrible. Had a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Only thing that was concerning is when he checked in he was told that there was a cash deposit. He was from out of state, 15 hours away from home, didn’t have access to his bank and had little cash on him. So that's how he replied when they asked if he had cash for the deposit. The lady then said Okay, you're all set. I did go back to triple check the listing and it says nothing about a deposit, let alone having a cash deposit. I get needing a card on file for a deposit, but not cash! My son did say he'd stay there again though. "
