"This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. I checked out and moved to Nordic hotel -- more expensive but at least stuff works and you can get things done. I should say that staff at the View are...

"The staff at Lilygate are exceptional. I was created by my name as soon as I walked in the door! Nice touch. In addition, I was created with a refreshing cold bottle of water and juice. Ms. Chinyere Kalu, leader at the front desk was a perfect example of providing excellent customer service. "The property looks even better in-person. We booked the penthouse and we were blown away by how luxurious it was. Rhe arwa is secure and we felt safe the entire time. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi and the food delivery took way too long to arrive. The foid was really tasty though so that made up for the wait. Also there were hidden nightly fees so make sure to read the fine print before booking."

They asked if I complained to the front desk, I did but that’s useless. Their Expedia ad claims they offer amenities that they don’t! 1. fridge is not full sized!!! it’s a dorm sized one.
