"The staff is the reason this review is as high as it is. The mattress has been one of the worst we’ve had in our travels. If it was newer this would be a nine or a ten. They can’t help the neighborhood. Graffiti, trash. I did feel secure in the room. "

"The staff were super nice and helpful but the location of the apartment is HORRIBLE. Area dirty and feels unsafe. Apartment very basic. I feel bad for the great staff but I do not recommend it, especially for women traveling alone. "

"I had a great stay at this apartment! It’s bright, modern, and everything inside is brand new. Being on the top floor, it’s also very quiet and cozy. Simone was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond, which made everything super easy. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit."

"This hotel is well located in the city of Milan with a consistent front desk service. They were incredibly helpful as we were leaving with our bags and the rooms itself are clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast in the morning was also fresh. Highly recommend. "

"This was truly a breath of fresh air where a hotel actually lived up to the images and expectations from its online presence. Cleanliness for me is paramount when choosing where to stay and this hotel made me feel comfortable and reassured. The room was very clean! The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great. As per most hotels, their fitness room is not well equipped and could really be improved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Milan. Just to note, the walking distance to the nearest metro station is approximately a 15 minutes away if you don’t mind that. "

"We loved the hotel, it was far enough from the hustle and bustle but still very walkable. The beaches are right outside the doors of the hotel, there was a bunch of restaurants outside the hotel doors as well. The rooftop lounge was wonderful and there is a car rental that was so much fun to drive around. It's like a Vespa meets a Fiat. We had a wonderful stay and would do it all over again!"
