"My only regret is that I didnt book a longer stay! We were warmly welcomed. Room was spacious and tidy. Everything worked. Common area had complimentary tea and wine. Lovely patio also. Close to sights on a historica lane. Already want to go back to Ferrara. "

"We had an amazing night at this modern looking property. It was a fantastic location - close to the castle, church, town square and shopping. "Super close to the castle, comfortable and quiet rooms, very helpful staff. The reception is staffed between 10-13, I was able to check in at 11am with a selection of rooms and leave my luggage in the reception area on the last day. The building door can be opened via web link. Very happy."

"The service, staff and concept was excellent.
I really appreciated the free laundry machines, but it was disappointing that many of the dryers were dirty.
The location was close to the station in terms of distance, but it was on the opposite side where there was nothing around. At night the neighborhood felt a little uneasy, as there were some people shouting and arguing nearby."

The restaurant was open until late with dinner served until 22.30.
The breakfast was very good with selection of sweet and savoury dishes.
There is a free shuttle that operates every 30 minutes and the journey to the airport is 5 minutes.

"We had a triple prestige room for my wife, daughter (15) and myself. There was ample space and the beds were comfy.
The included breakfast was very good, but it didget busy towards the end of service.
The pool is amazing being Olympic size. You do have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas, but that does mean they are available and not just covered in towels from 7am. But if you are planning several days around the pool the costs will mount up.
The hotel is a little bit out of the city centre and a taxi will cost about €25 each way. There is a bus but it takes over an hour. Best to have a car."
