"We stayed for 1 night. Were notified 2 days before that reception and restaurant would be closed (wish that would be more clearly communicated at the time of booking). Arrived on Monday night and self-check in with no issues. Had to drive 10 km to the nearest open restaurant to get food. There were no vending machines on site and no way to get any food or water, no grocery stores in the area were open. Also, WiFi stopped working in the middle of the evening. We reached out to the host but...

"Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

"This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip "
