Great experience overall. I just wished that the thermal pool is included in the Expedia price, but it’s not. We had to pay extra to use the thermal pool. Other than that, everything in the hotel is perfect.

They need to improve on the twin beds rooms the beds are so small that only a 12-15 year can sleep And you cant turn left to right and vise versa my legs were hanging off the bed Please I recommend a 5 foot double bed as enough room for two beds and it doesn’t cost much to replace Hope next trip is better lovely place and spas very reasonable on price and if you want a traditional same thermal spa at a fraction of the price there is one outside up the hill for 25 mad where as here at hotel it’s 200 mad born same thermal spas

Quite nice hotels although people need to be aware that facilities are payable. This should be included in the stay as the purpose for the stay is to relax and use the spa which was not.

The room was nice and clean, we enjoyed our 2 days stay but there's nothing much to see around, you have to drive down to Fes if you wanna visit. Our stay here was peaceful and relaxing, nothing to complain about! Thanks!

Amazing services on site, good food, prices are right, staff very polite and caring- very quiet and relaxing atmosphere and area- rooms are so relaxing - I loved my stay there- swimming pool so clean- just make sure you schedule a few days before if you plan on services on weekends because you have lots of people stopping on the weekends that wil schedule and the staff ends up so busy - if you get your hotel on the weekends you may end up not getting treatments of your choice if you don’t plan ahead :)

A tourist trap. They bring you in a place that is in middle of nowhere. No taxi, no nearby resturants, they want to then chrage you for everything..you can imagine as you are now held hostage. People book the thermal spa resort for thermal spa yet they charge you same amount of money for using the thermal spa they charge people for outside public. Plus they have limited hours 2pm to 6pm. Thats it whats the use of such spa? Then on top of it they have very strict rules you cant do this ..you cant do that... staff is rude and not accomodating. I would really think tiwce booking here.

Disappointing Overall

Visit the local thermal pools and 3 star hotels for better service and value. You’ll get the same service and support the community. Lesson learned. I gave the following concerns to the Vichy manager 24 hours prior to our checkout. Confirmed he received the feedback at checkout. He decided not to address the concerns. 1. Broken toilet, 2. Broken trash can, 3, Shower temperature fluctuations are frequent and extremely hot to cold, 4. In room refrigerator doesn’t work. 5. Arguing employees in the spa delayed gaining access to the facilities. After thoughts, the view from the balcony of a small river littered with trash and plastic bottles was almost poetic in showing how little the Vichy brand is concerned about their future reputation and relationships with both their loyal customers and environmental commitments. Not impressed.
