"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "

"After the hustle and bustle of the city, Chapel of Barras was just what the Dr. ordered.
I’m traveling for pleasure, but also to finish a book I’ve been putting off, and this was a perfect stop.
It was peaceful, quiet, perfect for my early morning yoga—followed by a delightful and filling homemade breakfast—a couple hours walking, then plenty of uninterrupted time to put pen to paper.
Michelle and David were especially lovely: 10/10 would recommen. "

"What a great host Angela was. We felt welcomed from the time we arrived. Our room was very clean and everything that was promised. The cliff trail was stunning and most needed after a long drive. The only issue I had was a lack of hot water when I showered. However, after breakfast it was fine."

"From the moment we arrived to when we left could not fault anything. Room was spacious, clean, staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and any special requests was not a problem. Didn’t use restaurant as price range for us was just a little too dear but that’s to be expected for a 4 star I assume. "Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Arrived early and although did not expect to check in we were offered another room which was ready. We left car in car park and walked down town for lunch and checked in later.
Room was super clean and well equipped. Breakfast was self service and plenty of choice
