"Staff was friendly, but this hotel really needs work as it was dirty in a lot of the common spaces such as in the laundry room doors hallways. The food at the buffet restaurant on site was delicious but overall this hotel while being comfortable could use some work to make it a place I would wanna stay again."

"The property was ok. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood. We know the story as to why it is not an official B&B, so we were not expecting this. We travel with some food and thought we would be ok, glad there was a mini fridge, but most hotel rooms have those now. The room is a hotel room with no hotel amenities. We had a mini fridge, coffee pot and kettle. This room is adequate for passing through but does not provide much for longer stays."

"Felt like a very irrelevant guest.
Certain things broke or not working inside the room. (Blow dryer/tub overflow)
I could not eat at main restaurant, got told that they booked to large groups so I will need to go elsewhere for food (felt very unprofessional) and dismissed.
As a solo traveller felt my needs/wants were irrelevant because of catering to larger groups.
Poor communication
Lack of staff - could not utilize spa (was told it was busy season. So I should have booked in advance)...
