"The concept of this hotel is so cute! They are very accepting of dogs, the renovated hotel part was cute and the mini homes are so adorable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!! We stayed in a renovated dog friendly suite which was super cute but definitely had some corners that were cut on the renovation. Some downsides were No plug in the bathrooms and the bed was awful, likely one of the most uncomfortable sleeps I’ve had in awhile. Also the hot tub was only open at 1pm so we were not able to use it in the morning. Overall staff made our trip as they were very friendly snc accommodating and the dog friendly suites were incredibly adorable but if you’re looking for a comfortable bed I’d look elsewhere."

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself was in just as bad of shape as the room. Everything felt worn out, dirty, and poorly cared for. We had booked this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable place to stay, but what we found was completely different. The condition of the property was so bad that we did not feel comfortable spending even a single night there. We ended up cancelling our stay and paying for another hotel because there was no way we were going to sleep in those conditions. I am not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, but people deserve to know what they are paying for. Basic cleanliness should be the minimum standard for any hotel, and this property failed miserably. It was shocking that rooms in this condition were being rented out to guests. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and wasted money and book somewhere else."
