Boa tarde!
Tivemos problemas quase todos os dias com chuveiro. Ele é pessimo, a quantidade de água é bem pouca, leva muito tempo pra tomar banho porque a intensidade é baixa mas se fosse apenas isso ok porque a temperatura estava boa quando funcionava. Mas todos os dias tinhamos problemas, ou por causa de falta de agua ou porque nao esquentava. Reclamei todos os dias e eles resolviam, mas no ultimo dia tivemos que tomar banho em outro quarto porque nao resolveu a falta de agua e no outro tinha mas gelado! A boa vontade deles em resolver é grande mas tive a impressao que é um problema recorrente. É precario mesmo! Uma coisa é ser simples, que de fato é a pousada, mas limpinha. Cafe simples, tudo simples, mas chuveiro nao tem condição. E ter problemas com falta de agua ou agua fria é muito complicado. Fiquei 5 noites e tivemos problemas em 4 dias. O ar condicionado funciona bem mas o controle nao. Esse foi outro problema! No geral a Pousada é bem simples, nao tem nada de maravilhosa de alguns comentarios que eu li, isso nao é real! O quarto estava sempre limpo, as pessoas que trabalham sempre dispostas a ajudar e resolver mas falhou muito no quesito chuveiro e agua. Bem ruim mesmo!

Ótimo atendimento
Pousada muito limpinha, com um excelente atendimento! Vou agradecer em especial a Ravena, que sempre atendia prontamente em tudo. Café da manhã completo com direito a ovos mexido e uma deliciosa tapioca feita na hora.

Atendimento espetacular das meninas da Pousada! Jaci e Ravane merecem nota 10 pela hospitalidade, presteza e educação. Pessoas maravilhosas que enriquecem o local. O acesso a pousada é um pouco dificil! Não tem a melhor das localizações e isso é um ponto importante a se levar em conta. A pousada está passando por melhorias (pelo menos durante nossa estadia), porem carece de algumas atenções na parte estrutural. O quarto que ficamos não condiz exatamente como as fotos, porem a receptividade e atenção fizeram toda a diferença para que isso se tornasse secundário.

Gostei da pousada, é nova recém inaugurada, tem boa localização 10 minutos do centro, vista bonita para o Porto, cama confortável, ar condicionado bom, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários atenciosos, principalmente a Dona Neide, muito educada.
