"Very nice apartment and the furnishings are very new. The bedrooms are very big and spacious. Location is good and near to many restaurants. Only downside is there is no lift."

"Everything was great only down point was that we didn't stay longer, Next time I will plan to stay a few days and probably play some golf and have a feed at the restaurant."

"Great view from my window albeit through a dirty window. Love the location and spacious rooms. This property could be awesome. It used to be as the Mantra. It is now run down and things are done on the cheap. As an example instead of a note pad in the room, there were a few bits of lined paper stapled?? It's a shame it has gone downhill so much. It just needs some money spent on it and higher standards."

"The best thing about the accomodation is the location and the sea view from your room. We were told our check in time was 2:00 pm but on arrival we were informed that it was now 3:00pm. Otherwise a relaxing stay and we’re very satisfied with our room."

"Collie Ridge Resort was in a good location within walking distance to Collie town centre. The restaurant was nicely renovated. We ate there both nights & the food was excellent. There was lots of parking & the room was nice but a little bit dated. We would happily stay here again."

"We were in room 111 and upon entry to the room there was a strong odour of cigarettes. I’m sure the housekeeping staff had done as much as they could to negate this. The balcony door we could not open and this may have been important in case of a fire. A major litigation red flag however, was having to climb into the bath to take a shower especially with elderly guests. I would advise that this is a major risk that needs to be addressed for future planning. The shower water did not stay hot...
