"The bathtub drainage was clogged almost 80% and the water stayed in the bathtub for a long time before it drains and because I was staying for only one night and because there was a weather warning during that night I did not bother to call the room service or report the issue "

"Had to switch rooms due to the rooms being nasty. Rooms seemed old and outdated. Mattress, pillow, and bed spread was uncomfortable. Some elevators were out of services. "

"The breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub were dirty looking, the water looked murky and there was stuff floating in it. We were disappointed because that's one of the reasons we booked there. The bathroom was small looked like a bathroom in a small apartment. The staff was nice, but I don't think I'll book here again. It was also noisy throughout the night."

"They were doing construction during our stay and it was very very loud in the morning. We also were put on the lower level next to the elevator, I assume due to the construction, and it was not a good location."
