Great hotel, all good,however we chose this hotel to be able to charge our E V car overnight after a long journey however twice the charger failed. The staff did send me to another EV charging station not at the hotel . I then walked back and waited the following day for it to charge.This totally ...

A wonderful welcome ( thank you Jane). Hotel has a lovely atmosphere, all staff friendly & helpful. Great breakfast, had dinner in one evening & food was good. Comfortable clean spacious room. Great location, lovely setting & gardens. Would definitely stay here again.

The key was missing from the key safe and having phoned the owner it turned out that a member of staff had walked off with the keys. Also no shower gel. With the kitchen being the other side of a vary thin wall i was awaken around 6am by noise in the communal kitchen.
