Samuel at the front desk was very helpful. I was given a room on the second floor and then was told there was no elevator. Room was beautiful and clean. Parking garage was also clean. Great location if you prefer to walk around and sightsee. We stayed the night after UW Madison graduation so the rate was quite high. We'll come back again when it's more affordable and stay longer.
