"It’s a nice place but what I didn’t like was that they didn’t tell me WiFi was only available for free for the first 24 hrs I called them nobody really knew what was going on they could have said that when checking in , also I was charge $37.98 using WiFi and there movie service which I never did so I had to dispute it … I won’t be staying here again it was ok for a one time thing."

"Overall, a nice property. We booked 3 rooms, 1 of which was an ADA room. This room was equipped with a bathtub, rather than a shower. The chair in the room had no arms and was on rollers. Both of these are not accommodating to those with mobility issues. In addition, there a very loud party on the balcony of the room below us, complete with strobe lights. "The rooms were very clean and The amenities were nice the shuttle to the beach was amazing. The pool was so nice as well. The restaurant on the property was very nice. The staff was very nice except one in the morning staff it was 8:59 and the coffee ended at 9 and he didn't allow me to get coffee he was very rude but overall our stay was great."

"Hotel is Right next to the freeway. Driving up was a simple inn. Plenty of parking. A bit sketchy. Our room was on the other side of the freeway facing the back of a business. Woke up to find that the shower handle was broken. So no shower for us. When we brought it up to management they didn’t try to make it better or even offered an apology. $148, not worth it without a working shower. Grab and go breakfast bread and coffee. We will not be coming back!"

"The hot tub was out of service and the pool was not heated. A bit reason for selecting this hotel was for the use of the pool & spa, so this was disappointing. The AC in the bedroom did not work very well and the common areas in the hotel felt like there was no AC as it was very hot and stuffy."

"Pros: Close to Kaiser surgery center, decent price, plenty of charging ports, A/C worked well, good water pressure in shower
Cons: No coffee in room or lobby, facility upkeep lacking (smoke smell in stairs & hallway, stains in carpet, trash around property), stains on sheets, bathroom looked unclean, front desk staff unable to provide kitchen items listed on placard in kitchen, men lingering outside drinking beer by their truck (instead of in their room).
I would not recommend this hotel...

"The room was clean. We asked for cleaning service every other day. No one came. Had to ask for clean towels. The shower rod was loose so the curtain kept slipping causing water to get on the floor. The screws were coming up on the trim between the floor and the carpet so we had to put a towel to cover them so we didn't trip or stub a toe on them. The pool didn't look very clean. Wasn't filthy though. The room was small, but since we were using it just to sleep, it was okay."
