"Hotel is so clean and all staffs are so kind.We spend good time!"

"The only positive points were the access to the sauna and swimming pool. The rest: avoid it! Very old and uncomfortable beds and pillows. No A/C or Fan and the rooms are massively hot and humid: inferno style. Our room was besides the fitness room: we had fun all afternoon and until 10pm. "

The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful; the hotel is clean and well maintained; the breakfast and other food is high quality and with good choices. "Zimmer und Bad waren zu klein, es gab keine Ablage für Koffer. Bei 2 Personen wird das noch enger. Leider stand in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht das der Saunabereich nur Fr.-So. geöffnet ist und er zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Es gab 3 unterschiedliche Kissen gerade zum fernsehen sehr bequem. Der Fußboden und der Flur knarrte. Und man konnte die Nachbarzimmmer hören."

"The hotel is a short distance from the main part of Spandau but very well connected with a frequent bus service. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The spa and pool are excellent."

"Very nice experience, i arrived at 20. Was able to call them and arrange late check in and preorder food at the restaurant. Super cosy location with the sound of nature. Huge room compared to normal hotels and nice accomodating staff."
