"Older motel with a hotel portion on the back half of the property. Staff is amazing, quality breakfast, clean pool, clean/quaint grass sitting area in the back, property is clean. Comfy beds, pillows, sheets. Old motel so THICK walls. The rooms were probably remodeled 10-15 years ago, but they may have kept the original furniture in many of them. The hotel area hallways smell HORRIBLE, so call ahead and ensure you get a motel room with zero risk of smells walking to your room. Stayed once before and the room was great (furniture not crazy old and no smells at all). This time, the room smelled a little like weed (barely; like a lemon scent, not the thick skunk scent). Would stay again if by myself or one of my kids were with me, but the wife won't stay here again."

"It’s was OK. The floor was super dirty- look at my socks a few hours after we arrived. I can see now, from the photos, that the doors are on the outside, but at first glance it looked like a normal La Quinta. When we arrived I was told it’s because it was an older property. There were people having around the property and I did not feel 100 % safe ( honestly put all my belongings in front of the door.) The staff did come and make my bed on the second day - but only left one towel- The water pressure was very weak in the shower and the doors kept sliding open. This part of Huntsville is very very run down."

"Clean room,including bathroom!! Beautiful area with well maintained landscaping. Office Lady was excellent! I never was awake in time for the breakfast but am sure it was wonderful too! I would definitely stay here again! Was glad to be able to park right in front on my room!! Thank you for feeling relaxed and relieved there!"
