"Everything was amazing, from the gentlemen who checked us in to everyone else we encountered. The issue was our room was set to 26 degrees centigrade and even with turning off the system and opening the outside door the room would only cool to about 20-21 and was back up to 26 in a couple of hours. Cleaning staff indicated to just turn it off. 26 is crazy to heat a hotel to, from a sleeping and an energy perspective. Beds are comfy and have great duvets- no reason to set heat so high"

"My daughter and I had a great 2 night stay in a twin room which had a very useful kitchenette with kettle, fridge, crockery etc. The hotel is a short walk to a boulangerie, restaurants, a huge shopping mall and the train station. We really appreciated the shuttle bus service to Disneyland which runs on demand and only takes a few minutes. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"We have stayed at this hotel twice before prior to the pandemic so weโ€™re more than happy to book again as the location is directly opposite the rer to central Paris. Staff very friendly, parking is great, for a fee which isnโ€™t too bad. The rooms have aged though and need updating. Too Few plugs, 1 usb at the far end of the room. The woodwork is tired and starting to get tatty. Facilities are good and bed comfortable. Domestics come in daily and were brilliant. Bearing in mind the newer hotels...

"Exceptionally pleased with our stay from start to finish. The hotel lobby is beautiful and comfortable. Service was outstanding from the moment we stepped foot out our transport from CDG. Rooms were wonderfully appointed. The rooftop lounge was spectacular. The area surrounding the hotel is great as well, with quick access to cafes, restaurants, creperies, boulangeries, and great site-seeing as well. We hope to stay here again. "
